ALL MIXES ARE MADE TO ORDER AND WILL BE PROCESSED IN THE ORDER IT WAS RECEIVED. PLEASE ALLOW THE NORMAL PROCESSING TIME OF 3-7 BUSINESS DAYS (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS) FOR YOUR ORDER TO BE COMPLETED. SELECTING THE ON ISLAND PICK UP OPTION DOES NOT MEAN YOUR ORDER WILL BE COMPLETED QUICKER.

IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES LATE TO PICKUP YOUR ORDER WE WILL NOT WAIT AND YOU WILL BE RESCHEDULED. IF YOU ARE A NO CALL/NO SHOW AT PICK UP, YOU WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY SENT A SHIPPING INVOICE SO YOUR ORDER CAN BE MAILED TO YOU. SHIPPING INVOICES MUST BE PAID WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM THE DATE IT WAS SENT OR YOUR ORDER WILL BE CANCELLED WITH NO REFUND. NO EXCEPTIONS.
