Kaimade® LLC and or any other persons will not be responsible for any loss, damaged, or stolen goods caused by any Mail Carrier or any other persons. Shipping dates are just an estimate, shipping dates are not guaranteed. Kaimade will not be responsible for any illness that may occur after consuming our product. Some ingredients used may contain peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, or dairy and maybe processed in a facility with peanuts, tree nuts, wheat, soy, or dairy. If you have a specific allergy please inform us. If you are allergic or may be allergic to any ingredients listed in our cookie mixes, please contact us by email or phone to see if there are any substitutions that can be made. Kaimade® will not be responsible for any allergic reaction that may occur or you fail to mention. Please be aware that a small percentage of people cannot tolerate even the purest of oats. If you are unsure whether oats are suitable for your diet, please check first with your health care advisor before consuming our product. In some cases ingredients may appear different than pictured. Certain brand or types of ingredients may change due to availability.

Our mixes are not intended to treat, diagnose, or cure any illness, disease, or health condition. This product may NOT work for you. Results vary depending on the individual. Please seek advice from a Medical professional or your healthcare advisor if you have concerns about consuming our product. We do not offer refunds for individuals who do not see results.

This product is inspected by the Hawaii Department of Health Food Safety Branch and is not inspected by the USDA or FDA. 

RETURN POLICY

DUE TO COVID-19, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any exchanges or returns. Cookie mix Items are perishable and are non-refundable. If there are changes that need to be made to your order please contact us in a timely manner or as soon as possible. Once a shipping label is created or an order ships there are no refunds given for errors made on the customers end. If you’d like to cancel your order for any reason, please do so by sending us an email as soon as possible. Again, once a shipping label is created or your order has been mailed out, NO REFUNDS will be given. ALL SALES FINAL.

We value our customers and want our standards to show in our product. If you have questions regarding your order, contact us in a timely manner so we can make it right and give you the best experience possible. If you are refunded an amount for any reason, please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

*Please note, We understand the summer months can be extremely hot and sometimes packages are left out by mail carriers. If your package arrives with its contents melted, please contact us as soon as possible so we can fix the issue for you. These situations can happen and are out of our control. Inspect your items immediately upon arrival. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days after receiving your order. This way we can address the situation as best we can in a timely manner. Any issues that exceed the 3 days will be void.

SPECIAL NOTE FIELD

If you are leaving a Special Note with an order please be advised it will be transcribed to the recipient at our discretion. We will not allow any profanity, rude, derogatory, hate, offensive, inappropriate language or comments on your notes. Any contents that violate this will be left out of the note or the note may be cancelled. Refunds will not be given on orders which such notes that were cancelled. We ask that general notes made to us on your order be kept to a minimum. It is meant to inform our Kaimade team of specific allergies or something of great importance pertaining to your order. I.e. Sensitive Blend & Dairy Free please. If you have an urgent concern, complaint, or question please send us a detailed email so we can further assist you. Please do not leave it in the note field upon checkout. We check these notes as we are processing the orders. It will not be read on the day the order is placed.

Please note we cannot honor requests for mixes that we do not offer on our website. I.e. Combining toppings such as Chocolate and White Chocolate Chips. Please note that special order requests are at Kaimade’s discretion. We have the right to refuse any special requests made. 

SHIPPING POLICY

We currently ship within the United States, Select U.S. Territories, & APO/FPO Addresses. Internationally, Canada.

Please allow 3-7 business days for order processing and at least 3-7 business days for normal shipping times within the U.S., to the U.S Territories & Internationally 9-16 days. Mail days do not include U.S. and Hawaii State Holidays. Please note during the Holiday Season, USPS and Kaimade will experience a high volume of orders. Order processing and shipping may take longer than the expected. Please expect a 1-2 week delay for orders placed during Black Friday Sales. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Extra delays may also apply due to Covid-19. As mentioned above, Once a shipping label is created or your order has been mailed out, NO REFUNDS will be given. At any time materials or ingredients may become unavailable to us. If this may occur while an order is pending and shall exceed the 7 business day processing time, we will offer you a refund or ask if you are ok with waiting until the item becomes available or offer a suitable substitution. Shipping dates are just an estimate, shipping dates are not guaranteed. Kaimade® and or any other persons will not be responsible for any loss, damaged, or stolen goods caused by any Mail Carrier or any other persons. WE DO NOT offer refunds or re-shipments  for orders that have been marked DELIVERED. Please monitor your shipping progress with your provided tracking once your order ships.

Before completing your order, please make sure all of your info is correct. We will not be responsible for orders that are returned. If your order is returned to us, we will not be responsible for re-shipping your order at our expense. Another payment of the shipping charge will need to be collected before your order can be mailed out again. An email will be sent to you via PayPal for the additional fees. We apologize for this inconvenience. Unfortunately we are not able to add on an amount to an order you already placed. Again, your order will not be shipped out until shipping is paid. If your shipping invoice exceeds 7 days from the original date sent and your shipping is still outstanding, we will send you a reminder to pay once more before your order is cancelled. If your order is cancelled due to this circumstance, your order will not be refunded.

DISCOUNTS/PROMOS & SALES

Discounts & promo codes run periodically. Flash sales are a "One time, One day" sale that is posted at random. Just like any other discount it cannot be applied to previously placed or pending orders. Discounts cannot be stacked or combined with other promo codes or any other specials happening at the time, unless stated otherwise. We will only allow 1 coupon code to be entered at a time; you may chose which ever one you'd like. In most cases while BIG promos are running, all other discount codes will be disabled.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime.

Hawaii state tax (4%) will be added to all Hawaii orders. This is for State of Hawaii GE tax purposes. Out of state sales will NOT include sales tax.

 

KAIMADE LOYALTY PROGRAM

Our rewards program is a great honor system for new and returning customers. Due to the volume of our orders, we are unable to apply points to previous orders or orders placed right before creating an account. Please be sure to make an account prior to placing an order. Again, point towards our rewards program will not be honored after the fact.

 

ON ISLAND PICKUP

We offer on island pickup for residents who live on Kauai and Oahu only. Pick up times and locations are listed on our “On Island Pick Up Page”. If this is something that works for you, please choose the appropriate Island that you are picking up on. Pick- ups are in Kalaheo and Mililani Only. We do not do meet ups and we do not deliver. Please DO NOT choose this option if you do not live on any of the Islands of pick up and are not willing to drive to the areas of pick up, It makes it difficult for us to collect payment from you if your order then needs to be shipped out. Your order will not be shipped out until shipping is paid. If your shipping invoice is not paid within 7 days from the original date sent, your order will be cancelled with NO REFUND. No Exceptions.  If you will be running late or cannot make the scheduled time please let us know in a timely manner so we can reschedule. If you are more than 10 minutes late to pick up your order and have not notified your island representative, you order will be rescheduled. If you are a no call/no show to pick up your order you will be automatically sent a shipping invoice so your order can be mailed to you. No exceptions. Please be sure to leave a working contact number and email address with your order. This is very important and is needed for on-island pick ups.

We make an effort to check-in with all of our customers to make that personal connection, check your progress, and address any questions or concerns you may have. Kaimade® LLC will only use your photos & testimonials, per your permission for the purpose of business use on our website, social media accounts or for media & public relations purposes. Kaimade® LLC may contact you regarding your order status, promos and events, follow up information, questions or concerns, photos and testimonials for media purposes.

By sending Kaimade® LLC your testimonials and photos you are giving us, permission to use and share all contents you submit to us. It will be used for the sole purpose of Kaimade® LLC's media, advertising, promotions, and will be used at our discretion. 

If you have any questions or restrictions about sharing your photos or testimonials please address it in a written statement to us when we correspond by text, IG message, or email.
